Why give in memory?

By supporting Prostate Cancer Research, you can celebrate the life of friends, relatives and loved ones to create a lasting legacy in their name. Your gift will help us fund research into finding better treatments for those affected by prostate cancer.

We can direct your gift towards one particular research project that may have particular resonance for you. More information can be found on our project pages.

How to donate

Donations can be made by check or by bank transfer. If you would like a gift to be linked to a specific individual, do let us know.

You may wish to set up an online giving page and share with family and friends so that they can give and share personal memories and messages.

JustGiving is ideal for making in-memory collections, and lets you easily add and share pictures and messages. The platform automatically collects, processes and send donations to us directly at Prostate Cancer Research. Drop us a line if you’d help setting up a giving page.

Funeral collections are often made in lieu of flowers. Funeral directors administer cash and check collections efficiently and forward to us with all the relevant information, and some also offer online giving options for those who do not attend the funeral.

If paying by check, please include your name and address on the back so that we can acknowledge your gift. Checks need to be written to Prostate Cancer Research.

Some funeral directors may also offer to set up an online tribute page in memory of your loved one and forward donations to PCR.

If you would like any further information regarding making a donation in memory of a loved one, please contact us and let us know how we can help.
