Virtual Snowdon Climb

New for 2021, the Virtual Snowdon Climb challenges you to complete the altitude and distance of the great mountain all from the comfort of your own home. The tallest summit in England and Wales, this route will truly test your endurance and commitment.

For the virtual route, you are in complete control; you set the pace and you chose which parts of the route you want to complete. Take on the virtual climb anytime throughout June and complete 17.5KM or climb 361 flights of stairs (5000 steps) to cover the 1085 meters which makes up the great Snowdon peak!

We’ll send you a route map so you know where you’d be at each milestone, with some fun facts about Snowdonia along the way and information about our ground breaking research into new treatments for prostate cancer.

The Route 

The route can start and end wherever you like – start at home, at your local park, walk along the river, jog through the town, climb the stairs in the town square, it’s completely up to you. There are three options for the virtual Snowdon Climb, all of which will vary in difficulty.
